We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your frames or if your vision doesn't feel right, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take for custom lenses?
Standard orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. This allows our laboratory enough time to precisely craft your lenses and perform a rigorous quality inspection.
Do you offer lens coatings like Blue Light protection?
Yes, we offer a variety of lens enhancements including Blue Light filtering, anti-reflective coatings, UV protection, and photochromic lenses that darken in sunlight.
Can I use my vision insurance online?
While we are an out-of-network provider for most online purchases, we provide a detailed itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement.
How do I know which frame size will fit my face?
Each frame listing includes specific measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). You can compare these to your current pair of glasses, usually found printed on the inside of the temple arm.
